Josh Christensen, Founder & Director
Josh graduated in 2002 from Utah State University with a BA in Political Science. For the past seven years, Josh has co-owned a Cold Stone Creamery in Logan, Utah, which he helped start and continues to own. He has also been involved in numerous other ventures from owning his own vending company, an aircraft ground support equipment sales company, along with other ventures. Josh has also managed various airline and helicopter operations providing much experience to management and operations of several companies he is involved with. Josh also has served as President of a homeowners association for the past four years and is actively involved with his church. For two years he lived in Uruguay as a missionary for his church and speaks fluent Spanish.

Damon Young, Founder & Director
Damon graduated from Utah Valley State College in 2002 with an Associate in Arts degree in Business Management. In 2003 he graduated from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas with a Bachelor of Science degree in International Business. After Graduation Damon was appointed by Congressman Jon C. Porter to be a Regional Representative. Damon's responsibilities included Bureau of Land Management, Immigration, Federal Law Enforcement, and Veterans Affairs. He speaks fluent Spanish.
Damon is currently employed by the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department. In 2006 he was awarded the Lifesaving Award by the Department for his efforts in performing CPR on a two month old unconscious child. He was again awarded the Lifesaving Award in 2007 for his efforts in providing lifesaving aid to an eight month old child that had been seriously burned in a house fire. Damon resides in Las Vegas with his wife and two children.

Michael Ware, Founder & Director
After graduating from Salt Lake Lutheran High School, Michael attended the University of Utah for two years before transferring to Utah State University where he graduated in 2002 with his Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science. In 2005, he received his MBA from the University of San Francisco with an emphasis in entrepreneurship. Michael has started and managed several small businesses, including a Cold Stone Creamery franchise and his own chain of Fair Trade Organic Coffee shops, Sundance Coffee. Michael has spent more than two years serving and living with the people of Guatemala, and speaks fluent Spanish. Michael has a passion for the Latin American culture, and has traveled extensively throughout the region. He currently resides in San Francisco, CA managing a real estate portfolio and developing small businesses.

Matt McKay, Director of Public Relations
Matt McKay graduated from Murray High School in 1996 and went on to graduate from the University of Utah in 2005 with a BA in Sociology with a Criminology Certificate. Matt just received his private helicopter pilot license and is working towards his commercial helicopter pilot license. Matt is currently employed by Kirkham’s Outdoor Products (www.kirkhams.com) as Floor Manager. Matt loves the outdoors, including; fly fishing, mountain biking, and back country skiing. Matt loves to travel the world, especially Central and South America, where is has learned Spanish and a love for the Latina American people. Matt currently lives in Murray, UT.
